agencies and host employers are jointly responsible for maintaining a safe work
environment for temporary workers. An integrated culture of safety requires
collaboration. This half-day workshop will provide staffing agencies and
host employers insights into:
- Responsibility and liability for temporary workers’ safety
- Workers compensation and the temporary worker
- The Illinois Temporary Labor Services Act
- Requirements for day-to-day supervision of temporary workers
With aligned safety cultures, staffing agencies and host employers can create
a safe work environment for temporary workers.
