DESCRIPTION:Temporary workers are more likely to be hurt or injured on the job. Staffing  agencies and host employers are jointly responsible for maintaining a safe work  environment for temporary workers. An integrated culture of safety requires  collaboration. This half-day workshop will provide staffing agencies and  host employers insights into:     	Responsibility and liability for temporary workers? safety   	Workers compensation and the temporary worker   	The Illinois Temporary Labor Services Act   	Requirements for day-to-day supervision of temporary workers    With aligned safety cultures, staffing agencies and host employers can create  a safe work environment for temporary workers.
