About
Caroline Wator is studying Health Policy and Administration as a graduate student at the UIC School of Public Health. She is interested in the impact of organizational culture and policies on health outcomes. Caroline is also working with the NorthShore University HealthSystem Research Institute investigating opportunities to reduce cesarean section rates through hospital unit culture change.
Prior to beginning her Master’s, Caroline worked for a healthcare company where she supported businesses in developing their employee mental health benefits. Caroline earned her Bachelors of Arts in political science and public health from Augustana College in 2020.
