Illinois’ ‘Paid Leave for All Workers Act’ is now in effect. Here’s what is says

This week, more that 300 laws went into effect in Illinois, including the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. This act covers nearly all workers in the state that were not previously covered by local government ordinances—such as those in Cook County and Chicago.
