Dr. Rauvola’s research focuses on occupational health and quantitative methods in relation to understudied, underrepresented, and underresourced populations (e.g., the aging workforce, those with trauma exposure, individuals from minoritized populations or with marginalized identities); overall, her publications promote attention to the intersections between diversity, equity, health, and work in a variety of veins. They have been published in numerous academic outlets, including The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Business and Psychology, and they are an Editorial Board member for both Psychology and Aging and Work, Aging and Retirement. She is Chair-in-Training for SIOP’s Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee and has received research funding from the Australian Research Council and Washington University Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences. They are currently a faculty member at DePaul University, where they teach and supervise students at the undergraduate and graduate (master’s and doctoral) levels and are PI of the WASHER (Worker Aging, Stress, & Health Equity Research) Lab.
