About
Mike Reh (he/him) is a research assistant on the Greater Lawndale Healthy Work project, and a Master of Public Health candidate at the University of Illinois Chicago in the Epidemiology department. Prior to joining GLHW, Mike obtained a bachelor's degree in public health from Miami University and was able to work on a variety of projects as an ORISE fellow at CDC’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). After graduating, Mike joined CDC’s Public Health Associate Program (PHAP) where he was stationed at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services focusing on respiratory and vaccine-preventable disease surveillance. Besides his work in Public Health/Epidemiology, Mike also enjoys watching soccer, playing the drums, and exploring the city of Chicago.
