2. Systems Thinking

Systems thinking helps us address complex problems by looking at multiple perspectives.

Systems Thinking is about seeing wholes and interrelationships, not just parts, things, and one-way linear relationships. The ‘whole’ contains multiple perspectives – how people see situations differently is part of what makes them complex or difficult to address. Precarious work is a complex problem that requires systems thinking for successful intervention.
